If within 14 days of purchasing an eligible item from us online you find a lower price for the same item on a direct competitor’s U.S. website, we will refund the difference plus 10%.
Qualifying Items & Terms
- The product must be an exact match to the item we carry on www.nicezow.com.
- The item must be in-stock, available for purchase (and to be shipped) on the competitor’s website.
- The competitor’s product must be new, in it’s original packaging.
- Shipping charges, handling charges and sales tax (where applicable) are included in determining the price difference.
- In-store pickup discounts or other similar promotional offers are not included in determining the price difference.
- Discount or promotional codes and coupons from competitor’s site are not included in determining the price difference.
- The competitor website must be direct competitor offering a full range of Halloween merchandise versus loss-leaders, close outs or small sampling of costumes just to get the consumer in the door so they’ll buy non-Halloween related merchandise. This means the competitor cannot be an auction, closeout discount website, comparison shopping engine, shopping portal or marketplace websites. Examples of these kind of sites include Amazon.com, EBay, Jet.com, Walmart.com, Deals.com, Shopping.com, Rakuten.com, Buy.com and Woot.com.
- The competitor’s website must offer a refund / return policy that accepts returns for a refund (not an exchange) year round regardless of the season (e.g. no refund blackout periods).
- Price guarantee does not apply to bulk orders, close-outs, clearance sale items on our site, orders paid for using a promotional coupon (e.g. Groupon, Zulily, etc.) or close-out, clearance, or sale items on competitor’s website.
- Animated props, haunted house props, all inflatable items, special order items and products sold through affiliate websites are exempt from our price guarantee.
- Price guarantee applies to purchases made online at www.nicezow.com and not any of the NiceZOW seasonal retail stores.
- Only one (the first) price guarantee request per item will be accepted. Subsequent price guarantee requests for the same item will not be honored.
- Once a price guarantee refund has been issued, that item is no longer eligible to be returned for a refund.
- We reserve the right to deny any price guarantee request for any reason. Price guarantee requests that are denied may be eligible to be returned for a refund in accordance with our Refund and Return policy.
