What is NiceZOW’s Return Policy?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase of items accompanied with a store receipt or shipping receipt. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Most products, including Online Only products, will be refunded the full purchase price. All merchandise must be in a new condition, unopened, unworn, and in original packaging.

Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g. Christmas, Easter, and Halloween Items, including costumes) may be returned up to 7 days prior to the holiday, unopened with receipt only. After that, only exchanges will be made. You may return your online Halloween order within 30 days from the date you received your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items include:
- All custom & personalized items (US only)
- Helium Tanks
- Partial Party Kits – Party Kits may only be returned complete, including all components originally specified within each kit. Party Kit components cannot be returned individually.
Online Order Specific Information:
- Returns without the Shipping Receipt: We are unable to process returns without the Shipping Receipt. If you have misplaced your original Shipping Receipt, click here to request a replacement.
- Shipping and Handling charges and Shipping and Handling taxes are non-refundable.
- Merchandise credit is only redeemable in stores and not online.
What is NiceZOW’s Halloween Return Policy?
- NiceZOW retail stores will gladly accept returns and exchanges for Halloween costumes, decorations, and accessories by Wednesday, October 24, 2018 with your Shipping Receipt or Store Receipt. Only exchanges will be accepted after October 24, 2018 with Shipping Receipt or Store Receipt. Sorry, no returns will be accepted after this date. You may return your Halloween online order within 30 days from the date you received your purchase.

- Follow these key steps when sending your return:
- All return items must be unworn, in new condition, and in its original retail packaging with your original invoice and return form.
- Tableware (plates, cups, cutlery, napkins and all catering items) can only be returned if they are still in their original packages and have not been opened.
- Pack and tape your package securely.
- All returns must be sent so that your package may be tracked and receipt confirmed by your shipper of choice.
- Returns will be credited to the original form of payment on your order
